Everything you need to know about buying a home with Prrathham Creation.
Are your projects registered under MahaRERA?
Yes. We only market and take bookings for projects registered with MahaRERA. The registration number and QR code are shown on each project page and can be verified on the MahaRERA website.
Do you help with home loans?
Yes. Our projects are approved by leading banks and housing finance companies, and our team helps with eligibility, documentation and disbursement.
What is the booking amount?
It depends on the project and the home you choose. Ask us for the current cost sheet and payment plan; we share it in writing before you book.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The cost sheet covers agreement value, stamp duty, registration, GST (where applicable) and maintenance deposit, all upfront.
When will I get possession?
Each project has a committed possession date in your agreement and on MahaRERA. Completed projects are ready to move in.
Can I visit the site and sample flat?
Yes. Site visits are free, all week. Call or WhatsApp to book a slot, and we'll arrange pick-up from Palghar station.
Is Palghar a good place to invest?
Palghar is a district headquarters on the Western Railway line, close to NH-48, with Vadhavan Port and the Dedicated Freight Corridor driving jobs and housing demand.
Do you sell commercial spaces too?
Our future projects are planned to include shops, showrooms and offices. In line with RERA, details and prices will be published only after each project is registered with MahaRERA.
