1. Who we are

This website, prrathhamcreation.com, is operated by Prrathham Creation, a real estate developer based in Palghar, Maharashtra ("we", "us"). We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us through this website, by phone, on WhatsApp or at our sales office.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry:

• Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the project and configuration you're interested in, your budget range and any message you write.
• Basic technical data: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records anonymised usage information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location (city level). It does not identify you by name.

We do not collect sensitive data such as financial account details, Aadhaar or PAN numbers through this website.

3. Why we use it

• To call, message or email you about the enquiry you made: prices, floor plans, brochures and site visits.
• To arrange a site visit and, if you ask us to, help you with a home loan.
• To send you updates about the project you enquired about, and our new launches, if you have not asked us to stop.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal obligations, including those under MahaRERA.

4. Your consent

When you submit a form or contact us, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us or replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or SMS. Withdrawal doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew, but we will stop contacting you.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only when needed:

• Service providers who help us run this website and respond to you, such as our email form service (FormSubmit), website hosting and Google Analytics. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Banks and housing finance companies, only if you ask us to help with a home loan.
• Authorities, where required by law, such as MahaRERA or a court order.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your interest, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

To use any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and, if enabled, Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to our sales team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
